How does the free trial work?
Every new company gets 90 days free with everything included. No credit card to start. Sign up with your email or Google, and the setup wizard walks you through your company, brands, products and team.
What happens when my trial ends?
You choose monthly at $1,000 a month per state or yearly at $10,000 a year per state, which is two months free. Add a card any time during the trial and the first charge lands the day it ends. If there is no plan by then, your workspace goes read-only: everyone can still sign in and see everything, and nothing is deleted, but nothing new can be added until an admin picks a plan.
How does multi-state pricing work?
Each state you run in is $1,000 a month, up to 5 states ($5,000). A 6th state moves you to Unlimited: every state, including each new one as it opens, for $6,000 a month or $60,000 a year.
Do my dispensaries pay anything?
No. The store portal is free. Stores get their own login to shop your live menus, approve quotes, track deliveries and report payments. A store sets up its login from the link or code its rep sends.
Do I pay extra for my reps, drivers or brand partners?
No. Logins for your team come with your plan: sales reps, managers, drivers and your accountant. Each brand you represent gets its own brand workspace, which rides on your plan at no charge while your plan is live. Invite people from the Team page and each person gets one email with one button to set up their account.
Is there a rate for micro licensees?
Yes. Micro license holders pay half for the state of their micro license: $500 a month or $5,000 a year. Any other state you run in is the regular $1,000 a month (a micro in three states pays $2,500 a month), and a 6th state is Unlimited like anyone's. We check your license against the state's license list before the rate applies.
Which states can I run in?

What does "switch on the sections you run" mean?
Everything is on your plan. Sales, Finance and Resources are always on; the other 12 sections (Compliance & Metrc, Cultivation, Processing, Payroll, Tax Prep, CPA Portal, Accountant (phone), Fleet, Inventory (phone), Partner selling, Partner payouts, Displays) are switched on in Org Settings when your company runs them, so nobody's sidebar carries screens they never use.
Do I need other software alongside MJOS?
For the order side, no: products, stock counts, quotes, orders, invoices, deliveries, collections and commissions all live in MJOS. Your accountant keeps the general ledger, and Metrc stays the state's system of record.
